The Continuous Career Development (CCD) Programme
The Continuous Career Development (CCD) Programme is an individual development programme for Contact Centre Professionals that aims to measure and recognise individual professional development and ongoing skills acquisition.
The Programme offers participants a clear and structured framework to manage their career progression in the Contact Centre Industry, as well as providing for employer organisations and other bodies an identifiable and measurable assessment of a candidate’s individual achievements, commitment, motivation and ongoing development.
The CCD Programme caters for all levels of contact centre professionals by offering two distinct categories of participation – Associate and Fellow. The programme requires from participants a commitment to engage in a range of professional activities, training and development as well as agree to stretch targets for new learnings, skills and experiences relevant to their role and interests. As participants move through the programme they acquire points of recognition along the way to measure and record levels of attainment and completion.
For CCD participants, the Programme delivers:
- Enhancement of the technical knowledge and professional skills for current and emerging Contact Centre Leaders.
- A clear and structured process to assist in gaining promotion or advancement.
- A measurement and recognition of individual achievement and ongoing skills development
- A structured pathway to improve on job performance and manage career progression
- Demonstration to employer organisations and dynamic individuals who are committed to enhancing their skills and career progression in the industry.
- The CCD Program provides employer organisations and other parties with an identifiable and measurable assessment of a candidate’s individual achievements, commitment, motivation and ongoing development.
The CCD Programme creates a culture of continuing skills development and excellence amongst practitioners within the Contact Centre industry, and works in tandem with the ATA’s Contact Centre Standards and Accreditation (CCSA) Programme, to ensure the ongoing innovation and excellence of the Contact Centre industry in Australia.
Registration to the CCD programme will ensure your name will be added to the CCD Role of Honour on the CCD Website.
For the Associate programme, a fee of $90 (incl. GST) is payable on registration with an ongoing fee of $90 per annum is payable to maintain accreditation as a Continuous Career Development Associate (CCA).
For the Fellowship programme, a fee of $100 (incl. GST) is payable on registration with an ongoing fee of $100 per annum to maintain accreditation as a Continuous Career Development Fellow (CCF).
